We had an excellent experience with Royal Chauffeur Tourism, especially with our driver Mr. Faisal. Mr. Faisal has lived in Dubai for over 30 years, so his knowledge of the city is truly impressive. We only needed to tell him the places we wanted to visit each day, and he would plan the best routes, helping us avoid traffic and save a lot of time. He is a very kind, polite, cheerful, and trustworthy person. What we appreciated most was his punctuality — he was always on time and very professional throughout our trip. Initially, we booked a 3-day full-day service, but because we were so satisfied with the service, we decided to extend our booking for 2 more days so that Mr. Faisal could show us more around the city. I highly recommend Mr. Faisal and Royal Chauffeur Tourism to anyone visiting Dubai. Their service truly made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable.
